Are your products original?
Yes. We only sell 100% original and directly imported Pakistani dresses from top brands such as Maria B, Sana Safinaz, Baroque, Gul Ahmed, Mushq, and more.
How can I place an order?
You can place your order by messaging us on our website, Facebook page, or via WhatsApp. We will confirm availability and proceed with order confirmation.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most areas in Bangladesh. However, in some cases, we may require a small advance payment to confirm the order.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on location and delivery method:
Inside Dhaka: ৳80–৳120
Outside Dhaka: ৳120–৳150 via courier service
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We ensure all products are checked before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours with unboxing video proof.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of imported clothing and limited editions, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges, except in case of incorrect or damaged delivery (with proof).
